These ESD foam tip cleaning swabs adopt high-density open-cell PU foam thermally pressed onto ESD handles without glue. Thanks to porous structure, they offer great liquid absorption and storage for IPA, alcohol, flux and cleaning agents. The ultra-soft foam prevents scratches on lenses, sensors and smooth optical surfaces. It generates low particles under normal use. Not recommended for heavy rubbing on sharp corners or long-time immersion in strong solvents such as acetone, which may lead to foam swelling and debris. Great for removing oil, excess flux, residual glue and redundant cleaner, ideal for PCB, inkjet printhead, mobile repair and precision gap cleaning.
